There we raised ostriches on an ostrich farm. Afterwards I moved to Colorado where I went to middle school and high school. At Arvada High School I was the vice president of GSA (Gay Straight Alliance) and there I was first introduced to color guard which is now my one true passion. I marched at Arvada all four years I was in high school and later went on to march Signature and Opus X with Scot, the cofounder of Anesidora. I now work part-time as an Abercrombie and Fitch model as well as teach color guard.

I have been involved with marching bands and winter guards since high school. I majored in music education in college performing with several ensembles. During this time, I taught percussion and color guard at several high schools in Florida and Kentucky before moving to Colorado. I have taught and assisted with several Colorado high school marching bands and winter guards since 2002. In 2004, I marched with the independent world class Signature Color Guard where I met Aaron. In 2011-2012, Aaron and I co-founded Anesidora. I have now taken on more of the administrative roles as the organization has grown! I am so looking forward to our continued growth as a well-reputable organization to represent the state of Colorado!

I have been involved in the winter guard activity for 12 years. I have marched for groups such as the Blue Knights and Opus X and have been dancing since I was 4. I am excited to be working with such a talented group of individuals.
