Anesidora Winter Guard holds annual auditions every fall, with the season typically starting around October and extending into April of the following year. If you’re looking to stay on top of upcoming audition dates, our social media channels are good places to start!
If you’re interested in joining for an upcoming season, we encourage anyone eligible* to audition. Auditioning for an independent guard, even if you don’t expect to get in, can be an awesome experience!
Anesidora competes locally as part of the Rocky Mountain Color Guard Association. Anesidora competes at the international level, traveling to different states each season for regional competitions and to Dayton, Ohio each April for the World Championships through Winter Guard International.
Performing with an independent group can be costly. If this might be an issue, let us know! We strongly believe in giving everyone equal opportunity to participate and have some need-based scholarships available. Check out our FAQ page for more of these details.
*Eligibility rules for the Rocky Mountain Color Guard Association dictate that only performers not currently attending a school with an active winter guard program in the circuit are eligible to participate in an independent unit.
Additionally, anyone owing outstanding dues to other organizations cannot perform without finalizing their dues payments with the initial group first.
